I recently had my windshield replaced and couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience. From the moment I called to schedule, the office manager was friendly, professional, went above expectations working with the insurance company making the whole process incredibly easy — answering all my questions and getting me booked quickly. The technicians who came out were equally impressive. They were punctual, courteous, and clearly knew what they were doing, each having several years of experience. The installation was clean and precise. It’s nice to find a company where both the front office and the crew in the field provided an excellent experience. I’ll definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

Replaced a large broken home window pane. Arrive right on schedule, worked very quickly. Slightly complicated because it was the back window of a double hung window with screens as well. Totally satisfied with the job. I highly recommend them.

I didn't have a big project, I had a lid made for my aquarium. The people here are REALLY nice, do the job very quickly and they don't make you feel like you are bothering them with a small job. If and when I have a big job, I will be returning to Tri County Glass & Door.

These guys really understand customer service. Vincent helped me with a wall hung mirror project and came up with clever solutions to obstacles that were holding up my timeline. I highly recommend them!
